Eligibility

2. This contest is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents of age 18 and above.
3. Employees of the Organisers, Clickr Media Pte. Ltd. and their immediate families are not eligible for this contest.
4. The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason in its sole discretion without notice.

Submission

5. All entries for the draw must be submitted using the stipulated format. Incomplete entries or entries in any other form will be disqualified.
6. The promotion period is from 17 April 2010 to 30 April 2010. All entries must be submitted after 0000 hours SGT on 17 April 2010 and received by 2359 hours SGT on 30 April 2010. Any other entries will be disqualified.
7. The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entries for any reason in its sole discretion without notice.

Conduct of the Draw

8. The lucky draw will be conducted on 3 May 2010.
9. Winners will be informed by email on or before 5 May 2010.
10. All results so announced are final and no appeal and/or inquiry will be entertained by the Organisers.

Prizes

11. The prizes are: 1st. Nintendo Wii & DSi. 2nd. Nintendo Wii. 3rd. Nintendo DSi.
12. The Organisers reserve the right to change, vary, substitute or otherwise alter any or all of the prizes so listed above at any time without notice to participants of the contest in its absolute discretion.
13. Winners must collect their prizes by 4 June 2010. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited and will be disposed of and/or dealt with in a manner to be determined by the Organisers in its sole discretion without notice to winners and all other participants.
14. The Organisers award all prizes as is and will not exchange prizes for credit, cash or for other goods/services.
15. The Organisers shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses arising in connection with or out of this promotion, including but not limited to the redemption of or usage of the prizes.
16. The Organisers make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to any prize(s) awarded.
17. All decisions made by the Organisers in respect of this promotion or in the event of any dispute are final and no appeals and/or inquiries will be entertained.
18. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants are deemed to have: -
(i) agreed to the disclosure of personal details to the Organisers for the purposes of organising, promoting and conducting the draw and for the aggregate analysis of the performance of this promotion;
(ii) given consent to receive promotional, marketing and other publicity information from the Organisers from time to time. If a participant does not wish to receive such information, the participant may inform the Organisers by emailing IPOS at ipos_hipfriends@ipos.gov.sg and ESA at privacy@theesa.com.
19. Winners agree to co-operate and participate in all advertising and publicity activities of the Organisers relating to this promotion and agree that the Organisers may publicise the name, and/or photograph of the winners in such manner as the Organisers see fit.

Change of Terms

20. The Organisers reserve the right to change and/or vary any of the above terms and conditions set out above without notice.
